A Relaxed Approach to Reducing Stress and Improving Focus for All Students
Beginning in January, 2017, the students of RCS will have the opportunity to engage in “Morning Meditation” to help begin their day stress-free, worry-free and focused. Students will learn deep breathing, mindfulness and muscle relaxation techniques to reduce distractibility and start their day with positive thoughts! This will help students recognize signs of stress and distractibility and learn healthy ways to respond to stress and remain on task at school.
