- The following documents are required to enroll your child at RCS:
- Student's original birth certificate and social security card (copies not accepted)
- Proof of custody of child if you are not listed on the birth certificate.
- Proof of residency
- deed, rental agreement, current rent receipt or current utility bill. It must include your
street address (No PO Box allowed).

REQUESTS FOR TRANSPORTATION
Transportation requests should be directed to your home district by April 1 in order to ensure
transportation for the following school year.
